Financial Restructuring - Advising on the rationalisation of a company’s financial liabilities to bring them into line with the company’s underlying performance (i.e., balance sheet improvement).
Operational Restructuring - Advising a company on ways of improving its operational performance (i.e., profit and loss account and cash flow enhancement).

Cash Management - Advising on the implementation of effective cash management systems to optimise liquidity and working capital.

Work-out Advisory - Assessing the cause and extent of a company’s financial problems to enable its lenders to make decisions regarding their current and future lending strategies.

Contingency Planning - Advising businesses which are heavily dependent on a single core strategy to help develop a multi-layered options contingency plan should the unexpected happen.

Impaired Loan Management - Assisting in the purchase or disposal of loan portfolios. Advising on the collection of loan portfolios and implementing systems to report on such collections.

Insolvency Services – Corporate - Subject to local legislation, acting to realise a company’s assets to recover a debt due. Acting for a troubled company in accordance with protective orders to facilitate its survival. Winding up the affairs of an insolvent company.

Insolvency Services – Personal - As per corporate entities(above) but in relation to individuals.

Statutory Restructurings and Wind-downs - Acting in accordance with statutory restructuring or wind-down regulations other than insolvency proceedings.
